You have been carrying this for a long time. The exhaustion that sleep does not fix. The quiet sense that the woman you used to be has gone somewhere you cannot reach her. She has not gone anywhere.
We are a horse-facilitated healing sanctuary for women who are ready to find their way back to themselves.
What Happens Here
She has been waiting in the stillness of this land, in the presence of these horses, for someone to create a space safe enough for her to come back. That is what we do here.
The horses meet you where you are
They do not know your history, your roles, or your mistakes. They know only who you are in this moment. That honest presence is where the work begins.
The land holds what words cannot
Something shifts when you step onto this property. The pace changes. The noise quiets. Women tell us they feel it before they even get out of the car.
Arriving is enough
You do not need to know why you came or what you are looking for. Arriving is enough. Everything else unfolds from there.
The Path Forward
How the Process Works
Step 01
Presence
Horses live in the moment, so we also must stay present.
Step 02
Awareness
Being present lets us be aware of our surroundings. Sometimes for the first time in a very long time. We are free to recognize what we are feeling.
Step 03
Allowing
Allow the horse to show you what is really going on inside of you. We believe we have the answers we need, it's the horse that helps identify them.
Step 04
Trust
Trust the horses to show you truth. Trust yourself to be willing to hear it.

Each program at Pura Vida Ranch is built around one thing: creating the conditions for you to find your way back. The horses do not perform. They participate. And in that participation, something true always emerges.
Redicovering Your Voice

For women who have lost themselves. Somewhere between the roles you carry and the years you have given to everyone else, that knowing got quiet and the anxiety has built, the depression sinks in. You are not broken.
A space for women navigating loss. In the stillness of the ranch and the honest presence of the herd, you find the strength to move forward through the weight of what has been lost.
Teen girls ages 12 to 18. The horses do not know her follower count. They know only who she is in this moment, helping her build authentic confidence and truth.
Sessions are tailored to who you are, where you are. We do not do cookie cutter exercises. You may be able to lie to your therapist but you cannot lie to a horse. They will call you out, every time. All you need to do is show up ready and willing to know your truth.
